I just received a call from my conveyancer telling me that she has received a fax advising her that she should be contacted very soon for registration on our stage :) This is great news, never no may settle late Feb!!
We now have the final plans in hand, they look pretty good, I am applying for Developers Approval this weekend, we still need to see final specs and sign the contract, so hopefully by the end of February we may see some action.
